It might have been the time we went (8pm on Sunday), but the place was deserted and the food disapointing. The eight tapas we ordered all came out at the same time, making us gulf down the food before things got cold. The salt cod croquettes looked and tasted like frozen fish sticks you buy at the supermarket, the tuna was a poor cut with chewy parts, the jamon serrano was short on fillings, and everything was smothered in too much sauce. Although all the other reviews I read online were positive, I probably won't go back.

Grasshopper tacos tasted like dry anchovies, so I'd only get it to say you ate a grasshopper taco. Waiters were inattentive, and our drinks took 20 minutes to come out. I wouldn't go back.

Tuesday nights are half price tapas and drinks at Yuca Bar. I've been here before, but suddenly when things are half the price, it tastes better.

The restaurant is hidden away in the basement of an apartment/office building. The sushi was fresh and there's a huge sake selection (try the sampler). However, portions were a bit too small and overpriced. (We had to get burgers afterwards)

Talk about spicy! We were all sweating down our backs eating our medium-spicy dishes. The pork green curry dish was well flavored and portioned. Like Andy said in his review, order one lower level of spiciness.
